Chief Executive, Gary Orr

Gary has been Group Chief Executive at Yarlington since 2011. He was formally CEO of the ALMO Homes in Sedgemoor and prior to that held a number of senior executive positions within regional and national housing organisations. His career began in 1996 as a housing trainee at Clanmil Housing Association in Northern Ireland where he is now a non-executive Board Member.

- The Chartered Institute of Housing
- The HAILO group - representing the 11 largest housing associations operating in the south west of England.
- Housing Partnership UK - a group representing UK housing interests which networks with international housing organisations.
Executive Director, Caroline Moore

Caroline Moore is Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Yarlington Housing Group, where she is responsible for Finance, HR, IT and Business Assurance. She is a Board member of both Yarlington Housing Group and also Yarlington Homes Ltd, which develops homes for outright sale. She is Yarlington’s representative on the Board of Advantage South West (the South West procurement consortium) and is also a Trustee of the Somerset Local Government Pension Scheme. Caroline joined Yarlington from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialised in providing consultancy and audit services to the housing sector in the South West and nationally. Caroline also worked for the Housing Corporation in London, regulating the financial aspects of housing associations.
Executive Director, Stephen Lodge

Stephen Lodge joined Yarlington in August 2016 as Executive Director of Growth and Development. His previous post was at The Guinness Partnership as Director of Asset Strategy & Analysis. Stephen has a wealth of housing knowledge and experience and he will be responsible for leading the property directorate of the business to ensure the growth of good quality, affordable housing across the South West is achieved.
