Chief Executive, Gary Orr

Gary has been Group Chief Executive at Yarlington since 2011. He was formally CEO of the ALMO Homes in Sedgemoor and prior to that held a number of senior executive positions within regional and national housing organisations. His career began in 1996 as a housing trainee at Clanmil Housing Association in Northern Ireland where he is now a non-executive Board Member.
Gary is also Vice-Chair of the National Housing Federations Regional Committee (Vice-Chair) and a member of Chartered Institute of Housing, and Homes for the South West, a lobby group looking to end the present housing crisis.
Executive Director of Finance, Governance and Risk,

Caroline is responsible for finance, governance and risk management at Yarlington. She is a Board member of Yarlington Housing Group and Yarlington Homes Ltd, Yarlington's commercial arm. Caroline is also a non-commercial director on the board of Yeovil District Hospital, and is chair of their audit committee. Caroline joined Yarlington from Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she specialised in providing consultancy and audit services to the housing sector nationally. Caroline also worked for the Housing Corporation in London, regulating the financial aspects of housing associations.
Executive Director of Growth and Development, Stephen
BSc (Hone), PGDip, FCIH
Stephen joined Yarlington in August 2016 and is responsible for leading the property directorate of the business to ensure the growth of good quality new homes, spanning all tenures, across the south west. He is responsible for asset management, including landlord compliance, and he also leads the marketing and sales and home ownership teams. Stephen has worked in the housing sector for 25 years, initially as a volunteer in direct access homeless hostels before pursuing a career in housing management and more latterly, development and asset management. He has worked in local government and the housing association and voluntary sectors, both regionally and nationally.
Executive Director of Service and Transformation, Sam
Sam is responsible for all areas of customer experience in addition to the successful delivery and implementation of the service transformation programme. Sam has previously held a senior position at Jardine Lloyd Thompson where she was responsible for leading the organisational change and transformation programme across employee benefits. Prior to this, Sam has undertaken a number of senior business transformation and operational roles within Barclays Bank, successfully leading and implementing a programme of change that drove significant improvements in business performance, customer experience and regulatory requirements.
Executive Director of People, Information and Culture,
Andy is responsible for human resources, IT and internal & external communications, working to ensure that Yarlington has the right people, guided and motivated by the right values, and supported by the right technology in order to deliver its full potential. Andy's background includes significant experience in marketing, communications, ecommerce and change management gained across a range of businesses and sectors. He has worked in both the commercial and NFP sectors, including senior roles with Age UK, The Financial Times and most recently here in the South West with Mole Valley Farmers.
