Chief Executive, Gary Orr

Gary has been Group Chief Executive at Yarlington since 2011. He was formally CEO of the ALMO Homes in Sedgemoor and prior to that held a number of senior executive positions within regional and national housing organisations. His career began in 1996 as a housing trainee at Clanmil Housing Association in Northern Ireland where he is now a non-executive Board Member.
Gary is also Vice-Chair of the National Housing Federations Regional Committee (Vice-Chair) and a member of Chartered Institute of Housing, the HAILO group and Housing Partnership UK.
Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services, Caroline Moore
BA (Hons), ACA
Caroline is responsible for Finance, HR, IT and Business Assurance. She is a Board member of Yarlington Housing Group and Yarlington Homes Ltd, Yarlington's commercial arm. Caroline is Yarlington’s representative on the Board of Advantage South West (the south west procurement consortium) and is also a Trustee of the Somerset Local Government Pension Scheme. Caroline joined Yarlington from Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she specialised in providing consultancy and audit services to the housing sector in the South West and nationally. Caroline also worked for the Housing Corporation in London, regulating the financial aspects of housing associations.
Executive Director of Growth and Development, Stephen Lodge

Stephen is responsible for leading the property directorate of the business to esnure the growth of good quality, affordable housing across the south west is achieved. Stephen has worked in the housing sector for 25 years, initially as a volunteer in direct access homeless hostels before purshing a career in housing maangement and more latterly, development and asset management. He has worked in local government and the housing association and voluntery sectors. His previous post was at The Guinness Partnership as Director of Asset Strategy and Analysis.
Executive Director of Service Transformation, Sam Leigh
Sam is responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of all areas of the transformation programme. Sam previously worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson where she was responsible for leading the biggest transformation programme ever undertaken within the Employee Benefits division. Prior to this, Sam has also undertaken a number of business transformation roles within Barclays Bank, successfully leading and implementing a programme of change that drove significant improvements in both customer experience and regulatory requirements.
