You may lease or own a share in your property, but you still have the right to speak with the Yarlington Community Co-ordinator for your area if you have any specific neighbourhood or community queries.Your Community Co-ordinator can assist with Anti-Social behaviour issues, permission forms, garages/parking, estate management, tenancy changes or mutual exchanges.

Nuisance and Anti-social Behaviour

We hope that you won't experience any nuisance or anti-social behaviour, however if you do, we are here to help.

As a leaseholder, you will have rights and responsibilities against nuisance which you, your occupants and your visitors will need to respect. If they cause a nuisance or anti-social behaviour, this will breach your lease.

Horticultural Maintenance

Under the terms of your lease, you may need to contribute towards your estate through horticultural maintenance. This will be charged to you through your service charge. For further information, please click here.
